I4DI partnered with Dubai Holding Philanthropy to design and operationalize a portfolio-wide monitoring, evaluation, reporting, and learning system. The engagement covers a growing portfolio of partner-led philanthropic investments across the UAE and East Africa, with I4DI providing end-to-end MERL architecture from Theory of Change development through real-time performance dashboarding and annual impact reporting.

The work includes building standardized results frameworks and data collection systems across all active projects, deploying an interactive Power BI dashboard for portfolio and project-level performance tracking, and delivering quarterly monitoring cycles with in-person verification and decision-focused reporting. I4DI also leads capacity building for staff and execution partners and produces the organization’s annual impact reporting package in English and Arabic for internal governance and external sustainability disclosure.
