Contract vehicles are centrally managed by a federal agency, which reduces acquisition administrative costs and creates time and resource efficiencies. I4DI’s most commonly used contract vehicles are described below.
The purpose of this contract is to provide Monitoring and Evaluation services under a multiple award IDIQ.
The services under these awards require skills in monitoring, evaluation research design (including qualitative methods, quantitative impact evaluation methods, experimental and quasi-experimental design), data collection, analysis, and synthesis, report writing, and planning for USAID’s Office of Policy, Planning and Learning, Office of Learning, Evaluation, and Research (USAID/PPL/LER) as described in the Request for Proposals (RFP).
