As part of I4DI’s broader work supporting private sector actors navigating sustainable finance, we are partnering with Sucden to strengthen its access to concessional funding through a multilateral bank facility. The engagement focuses on developing a climate-smart, gender-responsive program that meets both operational and investment-readiness criteria.
I4DI is helping refine the program’s technical assistance strategy, vet and coordinate implementation partners, and build sourcing-linked KPIs aligned with funder priorities. We are also setting up a MEL system that integrates cooperative performance, digital advisory delivery, and adaptive learning. Proposal structuring is part of this broader package, ensuring a coherent narrative and a clearly articulated development logic.
This work reflects I4DI’s approach to building the impact infrastructure behind sustainable finance—linking design, data, and execution to create confidence for both borrowers and development finance institutions.
