I4DI implemented a project performance evaluation for NGO Education Partnership (NEP), the national education coalition in Cambodia. The objective of the evaluation was to review and assess the relevance, performance and outcomes of the various activities supported by MISEREOR and UNICEF over the five-year period and provide evidence of the emerging impact. I4DI conducted a literature review and collected primary data through focus group discussions, 14 key informant interviews, and a survey administered in the Khmer language to the 140 NGO members of the coalition.  Evaluation activities were structured against the OECD/DAC standards for evaluating aid effectiveness.  Products included an inception report, debriefing workshop and final report.
