I4DI and SEO Amsterdam Economics are partnering to provide monitoring and evaluation services to the Dutch Government under the Netherlands Enterprise Agency (RVO) Framework Agreement. This project is designed to support RVO’s global development objectives, focusing on sustainability, gender equity, climate resilience, and responsible business practices across international supply chains.
In this collaboration, I4DI leverages its expertise in Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL), offering in-depth qualitative research, tailored capacity-building, and expert-led learning sessions to strengthen adaptive programming. Our approach integrates complexity-aware methodologies aligned with OECD DAC evaluation standards, generating actionable insights that drive continuous improvement.
SEO Amsterdam Economics leads project implementation, applying its specialized knowledge in development economics and policy impact assessment to ensure evaluations do more than measure effectiveness—they guide strategic decision-making. Together, I4DI and SEO Amsterdam Economics are committed to delivering impactful, inclusive solutions that align with RVO’s goals, contributing to a more equitable and sustainable future.
