The primary purpose of this contract is to deliver four final evaluations for Department of Labor (DOL) funded programs. The interim and final performance evaluations, which require submissions of draft and final reports, assess the extent to which the projects are achieving stated goals and objectives, assess effectiveness of project implementation and management, and make recommendations to improve project performance and relevance. The project includes the following final evaluations: 1) Myanmar Program on the Elimination of Child Labor- Myanmar-Burma (joint evaluation with the (ILO), 2) Support for the Implementation of the Decent Work Country Programme in Uzbekistan- Uzbekistan (joint evaluation with ILO), 3) Country Level Engagement and Assistance to Reduce Child Labor II (CLEAR II)- Global, 4) CARING Gold Mining Project: Convening Stakeholders to Develop and Implement Strategies to Reduce Child Labor and Improve Working Conditions.
