I4DI is excited to announce that we are assisting Heifer International’s business development efforts by developing online learning resources to map all aspects of proposal development.  This suite of materials will include blended learning approaches, innovative interactions, and captivating visual storytelling for a unique educational training tailored to job functions and roles for Heifer International. These courses, based on Heifer’s new Proposal Development Manual, will use cutting-edge technology and insightful eLearning experiences for ongoing and engaging training that tracks knowledge and progress. No more static, unengaging “flip through the book-style” online courses that fall short in delivering learning outcomes. I4DI’s modules will enable employees to develop winning strategies and high-quality proposals.

I4DI’s approach for creating these modules for Heifer’s staff is grounded in the Institute’s experience in instructional design, capacity building, and program cycle optimization for international NGOs. I4DI looks forward to assisting Heifer in their global mission to eradicate poverty and hunger through sustainable, values-based holistic community development.
