The Institute for Development Impact (I4DI) is pleased to announce Troy Wray as the Chief Strategy and Growth Officer of the organization.

In this role, Troy will lead I4DI’s growth strategy and be responsible for the transformation and deployment of I4DI’s products and services. Troy will be a member of I4DI’s senior leadership team and will work closely with I4DI’s CEO, Azra Kacapor Nurkic.

A seasoned international development professional, Troy has over two decades of development policy, program design, and project management experience. He has held several leadership positions in international development institutions as well as played a key role in the design and implementation of over $1B in innovative projects and programs in Africa and Asia.

Troy is a graduate of both The Fletcher School at Tufts University and Seattle University.
