The Institute for Development Impact (I4DI) has been awarded a contract to provide data synthesis and visualization expertise to the Resilience Evaluation, Analysis, and Learning (REAL) Consortium funded by the USAID Center for Resilience within the Bureau for Resilience and Food Security (RFS).
Led by Save the Children, the REAL consortium has undertaken research related to resilience analysis and learning across multiple contexts focusing on issues relating to shock exposure and response, resilience capacities most consistently linked with recovery, and evidence of the effect of cross-cutting elements on household and community resilience.
I4DI will synthesize findings from the research conducted over the lifetime of the REAL Activity in a manner that is accessible, informative, and appropriate for a wide range of audiences. I4DI brings to REAL our vast expertise in data analytics, synthesis, and visualization as well as our experience integrating new approaches and tools for data-driven storytelling. We have developed over 33 data dashboards and 29 infographics across various projects with USAID and in-house projects within the areas of water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH), economic growth, global health, and civic technology.
