From 2016 to 2017, I4DI was contracted by Newdea Inc. to provide professional services to all its clients implementing Newdea Project Center, a program management information software as a service solution. Newdea Inc. is a tech company providing a social impact platform for designing, managing, tracking, aggregating, and sharing social sector programs. The company’s platform provides on-demand monitoring and evaluation, program management, and grant and investment management services. Newdea’s clients include USAID Missions and many USAID prime contractors. Our services to Newdea clients included client discovery and planning services, business analysis, process improvement, data governance review and planning; implementation services including change leadership review and planning, training of administrators, super-users and end-users. We also provided technical MERL support to clients with MERL strategy and activity MERL plans, and identifying the most efficient way to use the system.
