To consolidate results from the design, monitoring and evaluation (DME) competency assessment of World Vision Brazil, understand implications on process and structure, and identify priorities for the DME capacity development strategy.
I4DI has developed facilitation tools and will lead a cross-departmental team of national office leaders, managers, and field program representatives who will participate in a three-day strategy planning workshop designed to reach the following:
Present and discuss main conclusions from the assessment and reflection phase of the process:
Staff competency assessment and reflection at both the individual and team levels
Review changes under organizational level DME system and implications for DME structure and roles
DME structure review findings and implications
Reach agreement on capacity building priorities and finalize a strategic framework for NO DME capacity development
Develop the DME capacity building strategy and establish it as a project:
Discuss and agree on main objectives, outcomes, outputs and corresponding indicators
Develop detailed capacity building plan and budget
Identify dependencies, assumptions and strategies to successfully implement the project.
