Pritta is a Consultant Deputy Team Leader at I4DI, where she leads day-to-day management of the MSME Finance Program under the MCA-Indonesia II project. With nearly 20 years of experience in inclusive finance, microfinance, and social investment across Indonesia’s corporate and development sectors, she is the person who ensures that complex, multi-stakeholder financial inclusion programs stay on track — from strategic design through technical delivery.
Pritta’s career has been built at the center of Indonesia’s financial inclusion ecosystem. At MICRA, she led microfinance institution ratings and assessments for investment purposes, provided technical assistance to strengthen institutional performance, and drove business development. At BTPN, one of Indonesia’s leading microfinance-focused banks, she managed program development and strategic advisory. She went on to lead Water.org’s WaterCredit program in Indonesia, partnering with financial institutions to develop commercial, sustainable WASH loan products, then served as National Programme Coordinator for Microfinance on USAID’s IUWASH Plus program, designing strategies to increase access to finance for the water and sanitation sector. As a sector consultant for GLG, she provided strategic advisory on microfinance, financial inclusion, and investment assessment to private sector firms and development organizations.
She also co-founded DuaJejak, an advisory consultancy supporting financial inclusion for underserved communities.
In her current role with MCA-Indonesia II, Pritta oversees program implementation across gender-responsive finance, digital literacy, data augmentation, and capacity building — coordinating closely with MCA-Indonesia, MCC, and I4DI to ensure quality, compliance, and continuous program refinement.
Pritta holds an M.A. in Business, Marketing and HRD from Middlesex University and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Universitas Airlangga. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Governance Oversight Professional (CGOP), and holds a national risk management certification (CRGP Level 4).
