Amel Osmanovic is I4DI’s Digital Innovation & Analytics Specialist, where he product manages the firm’s suite of AI and digital tools, builds interactive data visualization platforms and web applications, manages database architecture, and oversees the design and development of I4DI’s web presence. He sits at the intersection of technology and development practice — translating complex data and evaluation outputs into digital products that clients and teams can actually use.
Amel brings a decade of experience in full-stack development, UX design, and digital strategy. Before joining I4DI, he built and managed websites and digital platforms for over 100 clients across industries, and served as both a WordPress developer and SEO strategist, giving him an unusually well-rounded understanding of how digital products perform from the backend to the end user. At I4DI, he has applied that foundation to development-sector challenges — including managing the USAID Global Waters website and building the internal tools that power the firm’s evaluation and analytics work. His prior experience with organizations such as OSCE, UNDP, and the Helsinki Committee for Human Rights deepens his understanding of the contexts in which I4DI’s tools operate. Outside of work, Amel volunteers in his local community and mentors cross-sectoral youth teams in applying digital solutions to community challenges. He speaks Serbian and English.
