What We Expect

Technical Expertise:

  • Demonstrated proficiency in your area of focus, with a track record of success on donor-funded or private-sector initiatives.
  • Relevant academic and professional qualifications as outlined under each role above.

Sector Knowledge:

  • Deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities within your technical field, including sustainability and development contexts.

Regional Experience:

  • Familiarity with the cultural, social, and political dynamics of target regions.
  • Experience engaging with local stakeholders and communities.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams and diverse cultural settings.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with partners and stakeholders.
