Impact Evaluation Specialist

- Design and execute rigorous impact evaluations using experimental or quasi-experimental methods (e.g., RCTs, propensity score matching).

- Lead causal analysis to determine program outcomes and attribution.

- Develop data collection tools and oversee survey implementation.

Master’s + 10 years OR PhD + 7 yearsAfrica, Asia, Asia-Pacific, Caribbean, Eastern Europe, Latin America
Developmental Evaluator

- Provide real-time learning and adaptive feedback during program implementation.

- Work closely with stakeholders to iterate program designs in response to emerging data.

- Conduct formative evaluations in dynamic, rapidly evolving contexts.

Collaborating, Learning, and Adapting (CLA) Specialist

- Design and facilitate CLA strategies, including Pause and Reflect sessions and After-Action Reviews.

- Foster cross-sectoral learning and knowledge sharing among stakeholders.

- Support adaptive management through analysis of emerging trends and evidence.

Capacity Building Specialist

- Develop and deliver training programs on MEL frameworks, tools, and methodologies for local organizations and field staff.

- Strengthen institutional capacity for sustainable, data-driven decision-making.

- Create user-friendly manuals and toolkits tailored to program needs.

What We Expect

Relevant Experience:

  • Demonstrated expertise in the role(s) for which you’re applying, with proven experience in donor-funded or private sector projects.

Regional Understanding:

  • Familiarity with the cultural, social, and political dynamics of the target regions.
  • Experience collaborating with local partners and stakeholders in these areas.

 

Flexibility and Collaboration:

  • Ability to work effectively in diverse, multicultural teams and adapt to varying programmatic needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
