Andrea Pozderac is a Senior Program Analyst at I4DI, where she drives strategic oversight, program coordination, and stakeholder engagement across the firm’s global portfolio. She also supports business development efforts and proposal development — working at the intersection of technical programming and institutional growth.

Before joining I4DI, Andrea built a career at the crossroads of transatlantic policy and international affairs. At the Atlantic Council’s Europe Center, she supported high-level convenings on European security and democratic resilience, coordinating engagement with senior policymakers, diplomats, and defense experts. At the Center for International Relations and Sustainable Development in Belgrade, she contributed to editorial and policy work for Horizons, a flagship foreign affairs journal. She has organized and directed major international forums — including serving as Executive Co-Chair of Georgetown’s Transatlantic Policy Symposium and leading a multilateral youth diplomacy initiative spanning 12 countries.

Andrea is also deeply engaged in Balkan civic life. She serves as the primary coordinator for the Maryland-Bosnia and Herzegovina Exchange Council, advancing subnational diplomacy between U.S. and BiH stakeholders, and organized its inaugural international gala. She is a published researcher on peacebuilding in Bosnia and Herzegovina with Yale University’s Peacebuilding Initiative, and has been featured on Al Jazeera Balkans and N1 Television. Andrea holds an M.A. in German and European Studies from Georgetown University’s Walsh School of Foreign Service and a B.A. in Political Science and International Relations from the University Sarajevo School of Science and Technology. She speaks Bosnian/Serbian/Croatian, English, and German.
