We’re pleased to announce that I4DI has successfully achieved the ISO 9001:2015 certification. This is a clear reflection of our commitment to maintain and implement robust quality management practices across all our projects.
Securing this certification required an in-depth audit of our business processes. This involved the design and roll-out of our quality management system. Auditors conducted a detailed documentation review, among other steps. It’s noteworthy to mention that the audit was completed successfully without any major issues. As of 17th October 2023, Institute for Development Impact is officially ISO certified, covering our services in green technologies, information systems, software engineering, and more.
