Stéphane Calvin Rosenberg is I4DIs Senior Evaluation Advisor with 14 years of experience in international development and public diplomacy. Her accomplishments in development include the design, management, and evaluation of programs and policies focusing on education, gender equality, social protection, and civil society, as well as the implementation of management and program quality assessment workshops. She has worked with the World Bank, Catholic Relief Services, Khulisa Management Services, the American Council on Education, and the Government of Haiti.
With a versatile and accomplished background in Haiti and throughout the African continent, she has applied her management skills to strengthen projects, assess institutional needs, and supervise diverse teams. She has worked in post-Apartheid South Africa, Angola, South Sudan, and Haiti, and has also backstopped programs based in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. Calvin Rosenberg possesses excellent cross-cultural representation and public-speaking skills, and can communicate in French, English, Haitian Creole, Spanish, and Portuguese.
The daughter of Haitian political refugees, Calvin Rosenberg was born in Belgium and grew up in France. She holds a Master’s degree in Political Science from the Sorbonne University in Paris, France, and a Master’s degree in International Economics and Conflict Management from Johns Hopkins University’s School of Advanced International Studies.
