Maria Bianculli works as I4DI’s Associate Director of Program Operations, supporting the firm’s initiatives with the US Agency for International Development and its private sector clients. She oversees client engagements across I4DI’s portfolio and works with firm management to identify opportunities to expand I4DI’s leadership in the sustainable development sector and beyond.

Previously, Ms. Bianculli supported USAID’s Bureau for Development, Democracy, and Innovation in implementing the agency’s Private Sector Engagement policy, which prioritizes the sustainability and scalability of USAID’s investments and partnerships. Ms. Bianculli has also provided operational and strategic process improvement support to more than a dozen federal agencies and offices.

Ms. Bianculli holds a Bachelor’s degree in Government from Georgetown University and a Master’s degree in Advanced Global Studies from the Graduate School of Economics and International Relations at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan, Italy.
