Heather Strand is I4DI’s Program Management & Information Technology Advisor. Heather has over 20 years of professional and technical experience including 16 years of Management and Information Technology consulting experience supporting clients in project and program management, program analysis and evaluation, research and data analysis, process improvement, survey design, workforce training, and information systems analysis and development. She has proven experience building and managing successful client service teams and partnering with clients from executive to entry-level to achieve program success. Heather has worked with a broad range of organizations, including commercial and public sector clients, non-profits, and International NGOs. Her public sector experience spans over 15 U.S. federal government agencies. Heather is a graduate of the University of Chicago, with a degree in Latin American Studies.
