Grace Vottero is I4DI’s Associate Director of Program Management. Grace brings nearly a decade of experience in the development sector, working with public, private, and foreign donor agencies including USAID, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, and the Inter-American Development Bank. She has managed projects and teams in Latin America, Europe, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East, and delivered training and facilitated workshops in five continents. From 2016 to 2018, Grace led communications and reporting for a large USAID infrastructure project in Kabul, Afghanistan.

Grace has extensive experience designing and managing programs and partnerships with organizations and agencies across sectors. She currently sits on the Board of Directors for the UK children’s charity CISV International, where she provides strategic oversight and governance.

Grace is an expert in intercultural communications and inclusive leadership and has worked as a DEI strategy and learning consultant for the last two years.
