Christine Traylor is I4DI’s Director of Operations. With over 14 years of experience in international development and peacebuilding with private and public sector donors, Christine oversees the successful implementation of I4DI’s projects and ensures they realize our mission: to improve the quality of life and well-being of people around the world. She has experience in raising the thought leadership profile of organizations, as well as enhancing their operational practices and performance. Christine also excels at building the capacity of large and diverse teams, and positioning colleagues, clients, and stakeholders for success.
Prior to joining I4DI, Christine was Technical Quality Director for DAI Global’s Center for Digital Acceleration, where she managed numerous projects focused on digital tools for development impact. This included acting for a year as Deputy Chief of Party on the USAID Ukraine Cybersecurity for Critical Infrastructure Activity. Also at DAI, Christine helped to grow and expand the Sustainable Business Group, a unit that supports private sector companies to put sustainability and responsible business at the core of their operations. She has a Bachelor’s degree in psychology from Rollins College with a minor in religious studies.
