Amina Nukovic Grljevic is I4DI’s Recruiting and Proposal Capture Associate. She supports business development efforts with capture planning and management, recruitment, resource assessment, and costing, as well as other business development support activities during the proposal and post-submittal phases. She is passionate about process management, optimization, and continuous improvement and is always looking for innovative and practical solutions to address key performance challenges for I4DI’s business development team.

Prior to joining I4DI’s team, Ms. Grljevic supported the start-up and business development of both non-governmental and small business organizations focused on trading, youth entrepreneurship, and coexistence among young people in the multinational areas that have been affected by war and conflict.

Ms. Nukovic Grljevic studied Law at the State University of Novi Pazar. In her free time, she volunteers for reproductive health in young adults and charity organizations and loves to read modern literature novels.

Troy Wray is Chief Strategy and Growth Officer of I4DI. As a senior expert in program design and implementation for impact, Mr. Wray provides support for I4DI leaders and associates to strategically position I4DI technology and methods in international development programming. Mr. Wray brings
